We believe that Jesus died for sinners and that God in His great love wants all men to come to Christ and be saved from the penalty of their sins. God wants us to know how our sins can be forgiven.
First: We need to be saved.
"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God."
Romans 3:23
Second: We cannot save ourselves.
"For by grace are ye saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is a gift of God, not of works lest any man should boast."
Ephesians 2:8-9
Third: Jesus Christ has provided salvation for us.
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish but have everlasting life."
John 3:16
"For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God."
1 Peter 3:18
Fourth: We must receive Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. God's offer of salvation is a free gift purchased by Christ's death on the cross. But like all gifts, it is not yours until you receive it.
"But as many as received Him, to them gave He the power to become the sons of God even to them that believe on His name."
John 1:12
"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."
